   After losing my dad on 23rd December and after reading the reviews for Donna and Alf we decided to use William Mitchell to take care of Dad. I’m so glad we did. Even during sadness the arranging of dads funeral was easy, less painful and very respectful even down to the civil celebrant that was recommended. Donna and Alf were amazing, always showing empathy, kindness and support. Such a personal service from start to finish. Thank you both so much for looking after Dad and us too. You don’t know how much it meant to us.
   Definitely would use again and certainly recommend.

   We really didn’t know where to start with arranging a funeral when my mum passed away last July. Donna put us at our ease, was so professional and caring, she explained the process clearly and everything she said from start to finish happened as she said. The day of the funeral although difficult went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend William Mitchell Funerals.

   My Mother in law had lived with us for the past year and we were honoured to be able to nurse her at home until her death this November ,so when it came to her funeral we wanted people who were going to carry on that care for us, choosing William Mitchel was the best thing we did, their care and respect for not only her but the whole family was unbelievable and made this loss of our beloved Mom ,Nan Mother In Law bearable and allowed us to organise a amazing celebration of her life and less morning of her death, forever grateful thank you Donna and your amazing professional team .
